Production & Quality

Artwork and product presentation

Our catalog uses original Orisha Fashion & Gifts artwork. Product mockups show the design and intended placement. A digital mockup is not a photograph of a physical sample, and printed or embroidered color can differ from a screen.

Product-specific details

Materials, measurements and decoration methods vary by product and selected option. Read the product page and ask customer care if a detail you need is missing. A sample result for one item cannot establish quality for a different blank, provider or design.

When your order arrives

Check the item, selected size and artwork against your order. For damage, a misprint or an incorrect item, follow the reporting instructions in returns and refunds. Keep your order number and clear photos of the issue.
