Made-to-order items

Most products are made specifically for each order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or an incorrectly selected size or color. Please review the product description and size information before ordering.

Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing error, or is not the item ordered, contact contact@santeriareligion.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. After review, the available remedy may be a replacement or refund. A defective item normally does not need to be returned unless we provide specific instructions.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or canceled. Once production begins, cancellation, design changes, product changes, and address changes may no longer be possible.

Personalized products

Customer-entered spelling, date, capitalization, or other personalization errors are not manufacturing defects. Please review personalized text carefully before placing an order. A production error that differs from the submitted personalization remains eligible for review.
