Made-to-order production

Most items are made after an order is placed. Production commonly takes 2 to 7 business days, but the actual time depends on the product, provider capacity, order size, and season. Production time is separate from carrier transit time and is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Rates and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and current estimates are shown at checkout for the delivery address. Orders containing different products may be produced in separate facilities and may arrive in more than one package. Tracking information is sent when it becomes available.

Addresses and international orders

Please review the full delivery address before submitting an order. An incomplete or incorrect address can delay delivery and may require a new shipment at the customer’s expense. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees that are not included unless checkout states otherwise.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If tracking has stopped updating, a package appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact contact@santeriareligion.com with the order number and relevant photos. Reports must be received within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date so the production partner and carrier can be asked to investigate.
