Store Terms

Last updated September 1, 2026.

These Store Terms supplement the SanteriaReligion.com Terms of Use. By using this store or placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to the transaction.

Orders, availability, and pricing

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before fulfillment because of product availability, payment or fraud concerns, address problems, pricing or listing errors, legal restrictions, or production limitations. If a canceled order was charged, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Made-to-order production

Most products are made to order by third-party production partners. Minor differences in color, print placement, scale, texture, or dimensions can occur across screens, garment sizes, materials, and production runs. Product descriptions and size information should be reviewed before purchase.

Shipping, returns, and support

Current shipping methods and charges appear at checkout. Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. The Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages form part of these terms.

Personalization

You are responsible for reviewing submitted names, dates, spelling, accents, capitalization, messages, and placement selections. We may reject content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or technically unsuitable for production.

Artwork and permitted use

Store artwork, writing, logos, collection names, and presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Purchasing a product does not transfer commercial reproduction, resale-manufacturing, or licensing rights.

Religious merchandise statement

Products are artistic and commemorative. They do not confer initiation, religious rank, authority, protection, healing, prosperity, or any guaranteed spiritual result. Public product descriptions do not replace guidance from qualified elders or a customer’s own house tradition.
